Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service offered by okayji. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and okayji ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the okayji website at okayji.asia and all associated products and services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and account management features.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the okayji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the okayji platform and should close your account immediately.

1. Eligibility and Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with okayji. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. okayji reserves the right to request age-verification documents â including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate â at any time and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided. Any winnings accumulated before a successful age verification may be voided at okayji's discretion.
1.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one okayji account. Opening multiple accounts â whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different personal details â is a material breach of these Terms. okayji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits linked to duplicate registrations.
1.3 Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account and at all subsequent times. okayji may request updated information at any point to maintain record accuracy or to comply with internal security procedures. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
1.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the okayji platform is lawful in your country, state, or territory of residence. okayji makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited where you reside and that you are acting in accordance with all applicable local laws.
2. Account Management
2.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. okayji staff will never request your password under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okayji support immediately at [email protected] and change your password from a secure device.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
okayji applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its internal compliance standards. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time during the account lifecycle â at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a security review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
2.3 Account Closure
You may request closure of your okayji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. okayji reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion â including where fraudulent activity, collusion, abuse of promotions, or breach of these Terms is suspected â without prior notice and without liability to you.
2.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. okayji may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances, provided that you have been notified in advance by email to your registered address. The monthly inactivity fee will not reduce your balance below zero. okayji will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining balance on request before applying such fees.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
okayji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 3.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your okayji account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. okayji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or that has been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. okayji will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Most mobile wallet withdrawals are processed within 2 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
3.4 Currency and Fees
All account balances, bets, and payouts on okayji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okayji does not charge internal transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, and okayji accepts no liability for any such third-party fees.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
okayji offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament-specific promotions tied to events such as the BPL and ICC cricket tournaments. All promotions are governed by the following general terms, as well as specific offer terms published alongside each promotion.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Eligible Games: Not all games on the okayji platform contribute equally â or at all â to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are detailed in the individual promotion terms. Live casino tables and certain high-RTP slots may carry a reduced or zero contribution rate.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and free spin awards carry an expiry date. Bonus credit that has not been wagered in full by the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from your account balance, along with any associated winnings.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting in to a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
- Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Deposit-match bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit as stated in the offer. Deposits made using certain payment methods may be excluded from qualifying for specific promotions â check individual promotion terms for details.
- Abuse and Fraud: okayji reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated tools, or any other activity intended to exploit a promotion in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
- Platform Discretion: okayji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Ongoing promotions may be adjusted mid-campaign in response to errors, technical issues, or policy changes.
5. Game Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Random Number Generation
All electronic casino games available on okayji â including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles â use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by their respective game studios. Results are statistically independent, unpredictable, and not influenced by previous outcomes. RNG certification is maintained by the game provider and does not depend on okayji's internal systems.
5.2 Live Dealer Games

5.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on okayji cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports as available. Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. okayji reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or the use of information not available to the general public at the time of placement.
5.4 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okayji platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes; match-fixing or exploitation of inside information in sports betting; systematic exploitation of software bugs or errors; and any form of cheating, fraud, or money laundering. Where prohibited conduct is identified, okayji reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the activity to the relevant authorities.
6. Responsible Gaming
okayji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all account holders free of charge and can be activated at any time through the account settings or by contacting [email protected].
- Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within a mandatory cooling period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which a reminder notification will be displayed.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the platform for a defined period of 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the chosen duration.
- Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All content on the okayji platform â including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials â is the intellectual property of okayji or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any okayji content without prior written permission.
7.2 Third-Party Game Content
Games provided on the okayji platform by third-party studios â including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi â remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Use of these games is subject to the applicable end-user licence terms of each provider in addition to these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
okayji operates on a best-efforts basis to ensure platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, or government actions). okayji accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of service interruptions.
8.2 Gambling Losses
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. okayji does not accept liability for any gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. It is your responsibility to make informed decisions about the amounts you choose to wager. You acknowledge that the house edge applies to all casino games and that past performance does not predict future results.
8.3 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction â including software errors, connectivity failures, or display glitches â that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, okayji reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. okayji will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or speculative losses arising from technical errors.
9. Privacy and Data Use

10. Governing Law & Disputes
10.1 Dispute Resolution

10.2 Finality of Game Results
Game results and bet settlements processed by okayji's systems are considered final once a round or event has concluded and the result has been confirmed. Disputes based on subjective disagreement with a valid game outcome or a correctly settled sports betting market will not be upheld. Disputes based on a demonstrable system error or clearly incorrect settlement will be reviewed in accordance with the dispute resolution process above.
10.3 Language
These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
11. Amendments to These Terms
okayji reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, okayji will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via email to their registered address. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept a revised version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].
